I set out to create a classic look with all the feminine detailing.
I made this from a permasilk top hat and embellished it with black French veiling, black ostrich feathers, a sparkling red heart, and topped off with a black satin bow. Notice the veiling has tiny black rhinestones!
Stays put with 2 silver hair combs.
This is the perfect addition to a wedding dress, burlesque ensemble, cocktail party look, or for a performance.
